What we collect

We collect this information when you submit an enquiry form, request a guide, or sign up for updates.

Why we collect it

• Respond to your enquiry, usually within the hour
• Deliver requested guides or resources
• Send occasional updates about employment law changes, but only if you've opted in

We do not sell your data.

Advertising measurement

To measure how well our advertising works, we share limited information with Meta (Facebook) using its Conversions API. This includes a securely hashed (irreversible) version of your email address, and, where a purchase is made, the value of that purchase. Meta uses this to attribute enquiries and sales to our ads and to help us reach similar businesses. We do not share your name, the details of your situation, or any case information. You can object to this at any time by contacting us at team@magentahrconsulting.co.uk.

Lawful basis

For enquiries: Legitimate interest, you've contacted us about a business need, and we need your details to respond.

For updates and guides: Consent, we only send ongoing communications if you've explicitly opted in.

How to opt out

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by emailing us directly at team@magentahrconsulting.co.uk. We will remove you from our list promptly.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to three years for business continuity purposes. Guide and newsletter data is kept until you request removal.
