I’m Samantha Newton, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 20 years’ experience operating at the sharp end of HR - where people issues collide with commercial pressure, leadership accountability, and legal risk.
I work with established business owners who need sound judgement, not reassurance, and who want people issues handled properly, early, and without drama.
Most of my clients come to me when something feels off, a situation is drifting, a manager is unsure, or a decision carries more risk than it first appears. My role is to step in early, bring clarity, and stop small issues becoming expensive ones.
My role isn’t just to advise, it’s to help you make decisions you can stand behind. That means being clear about risk, consequences, and what will actually work in your operating reality. Sometimes that’s reassuring. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable. It’s always honest.
